Bailouts: Where's the MONEY

How is our new President Obama doing? Is he leading our nation to a greater since of fairness between the races or leveling the economic playing field? Many people I ask this question say give him time, he's just started. But when do you make a judgment call on a new President? Six months, 1 year or 2 years into his adminsitration? There has been a lot of money being given out, how many people have received any money in their pockets? I haven't heard anyone on the news or blogs or any public forums talk about getting any money, only the big banks and businesses. What do you think?
